By accessing and using Numvia ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Numvia provides users with access to virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS messages, including verification codes (OTPs). The Service is provided "AS-IS" and Numvia assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security measures of the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Access numbers for the purpose of creating accounts on platforms where doing so violates their respective Terms of Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Numvia expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Numvia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Modifications to Terms

Numvia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
